CLASS DESCRIPTION: A study of theories and concepts that provide leadership and management of conflict for organizations. Topics will include contingency theories, behavioral theories, self management, team leadership, supervision, communication, motivation, negotiation, and conflict management. Prerequisite: approved undergraduate management course or MBA 5013.
