A Guide for the course whose goals are "To ensure that students are able to properly supervise and lead their organizations with the required tools to actively enhance their management positions."

About Us

The primary mission of the Library is to support the educational, research, and outreach objectives of the University by:

  • organizing and providing access to information resources, both on-site and through remote access, and
  • promoting the necessary condition for their effective use, organization, and maintenance.

Its secondary mission is to provide the same services to residents of the Eastern Oklahoma region.

Useful Information

Description: Students develop supervisory skills that can be applied in entry level management positions, and that provide a base for advancement in within organizations.  Topics include quality and productivity, corporate social responsibility, setting and implementing goals and plans, the supervisor as leader, motivating employees, managing diversity, dealing with problem employees, selecting employees, training, and appraising performance.

Credit Hours: 3
