Ovid Full Text plus Pay-per-View Journal Articles. Use this link to search MEDLINE instead of the link on the Optometry web page. We have created a special Ovid account to give you access to the full text content to Ovid journals shown on the Optometry Journal List and to full text content in hundreds of additional medical and pharmacology journals that we do not own. There is no charge to you; the library will pay a fee for each Pay-per-View article that is displayed.

Please follow these instructions:

• Use the link on this page to access MEDLINE

• Your MEDLINE search will display 3 types of links to full text: Ovid Full Text, Full Text, and Pay-per-View.

• Before you click on the Pay-per-View link, please display the abstract. If the article appears relevant to your needs, click on the Pay-per-View link to display the full text.

• Save the article to your network or hard drive. Print the article and/or email it to yourself.

• Do not email the article to anyone else.

• You can access the same article again within 24 hours but only from the same computer that originally retrieved it. If you access the same article from a different computer or email it to someone else, the library will be charged again.

• Click on the “contact Sandra” button from the library’s Optometry web page if you have questions.
