GENERAL

  • Multicultural Resources (http://legacy.teachersfirst.com/multicult.htm) has book reviews and bibliographies for multicultural resources.

  • United Nations CyerSchoolBus (http://www.un.org/Pubs/CyberSchoolBus/) is a site for students and teachers with project materials, resources, and online quizes.

  • Voices of Youth (http://www.unicef.org/voy/) is Unicef's place for electronic discussion. This site includes a wide range of topics and the messages are from various ages and places.

NATIVE AMERICAN

  • Cradleboard Teaching Project (http://www.cradleboard.org/) turns on the lights in public education about Native American culture - past, present, and future. This site provides lesson plans and an excellent curriculum for teaching Native American culture.

AFRICAN AMERICAN

  • African-American Webliography (http://www.lib.lsu.edu/hum/african.html) is Louisiana State University Library's Webliography which provides links to African Americana. Note that the site was last updated in 2003 - information may not be up to date, and it might include some dead links.

  • K-12 Electronic Guide for African Resources on the Internet (http://www.sas.upenn.edu/African_Studies/K-12/menu_EduAFAM.html) contains links to sites related to African American Studies including lesson plans.

ASIAN AMERICAN

  • Asian Pacific American Heritage (http://teacher.scholastic.com/activities/asian-american/) contains resources from Scholastic which provides links and historical information about the lives of Asian Americans.
