HOW DO I FIND OUT IF AN ISSUE OF A NEWSPAPER OR MAGAZINE HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

1. Perform a journal title search in the online catalog.
2. Look at the Full Record. 
3. Click on the link that says: Latest Received:

The last issue displaying the "Arrived" status is the last issue received.

The Check In boxes show which issues have been received and when we expect to receive new issues.  You can also see from this screen if issues have been bound or removed from the library.  Issues that were never received are marked UNAVAILABLE.

Issue check-in is performed at all three campuses.  For questions about check-in, call Jeanne at extension 3282.
